Exchanges

  • We will gladly exchange shoes for equal or higher value.

  • Must be returned in NEW and UNUSED Condition with non-damaged Ellie Shoes box (the Pink and Black box that your shoes come in). We will NOT accept returns of items with obvious signs of use. We photograph all returned products for your protection and ours. For shoes we will not accept; Upon payment for re-shipping, we will ship shoes back to you.

  • Damaged packaging (the Pink and Black box that your shoes come in) will result in refusal of exchange. Do not mark or tape the Pink and Black Ellie Shoes box in any way. Please! Do Not put shipping label or tape directly onto the Pink and Black Ellie Shoes box!

  • Include $7.99 for re-shipping. Check or Cash.

  • Replacement pair ships upon reciept of original shoes, payment of new shipping charge ($7.99) and new shoe's price difference (if any).

  • Include a note explaining which size (and style if you change that, too) you'd like to exchange for.

  • You must notify us by within 5 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return. Failure to notify us within the 5 day period will result in refusal of return.

  • We do not refund any costs of shipping.
